Connecticut Program Helps Low-Income Residents Afford Internet Access
By September 30, 2026, the Net Equity Program—enacted by the Connecticut General Assembly in 2025—will require internet service providers to offer eligible residents high-speed internet plans priced at no more than $40 per month.
