Chef Michel will share his techniques and recipe for making a tasty Mofongo Relleno con Camarones a la Criolla (or chicken/pollo). **Fried, seasoned and mashed plantains with shrimp (or chicken).
Grab your coquito or favorite beverage, break out the pilon and the sarten and wear your chef hat or apron (**contest for best chef outfit)!
