This three-part training series builds on youth development principles by providing youth workers with a framework for engaging youth as change agents. The interactive, hands-on sessions will use a “popular education” approach to provide participants with concrete tools and activities that can be replicated in their programs and organizations in order to move beyond service projects and support youth in identifying, understanding, and addressing the root causes of problems and issues they see in their communities.
A commitment to all three training sessions is necessary in order to enroll:
