Walk-ins Welcome! Passport applications can be downloaded from the web (DS-11 & DS-82).
To apply for your U.S. passport, you must:
- Renewing a passport
- Bring a completed Passport Application Form DS-82
- Submit your old passport
- Provide one recent passport photo – 2x2
- Pay passport Fees (no cash)
- 1st Time application
- Bring a completed Passport Application Form DS-11
- Submit your original Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate (your certificate will be mailed to the address on your DS-11 Application)
- Provide one recent passport photo – 2x2
- Present valid photo identification – (Driver’s License, State Identification Card, Employee ID or Military ID)
- Pay passport fees (no cash)
