Civic and community leaders of all ages come together to share ideas and best practices on creating opportunities for and to strengthen civic participation in our communities and in Connecticut. The Summit will feature prominent guest speakers, panels, and an outstanding keynote address by author and national "action civics" leader SCOTT WARREN.
