Through the Office of Housing and Community Development (HCD), the City of Bridgeport has begun the process of developing its 2020-2025 Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The City’s Consolidated Plan is designed to help assess affordable housing and community development needs and market conditions. The ConPlan will also help us to make data-driven, place-based investment decisions. The consolidated planning development process serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding for our community using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant programs.
Your input is a critical part of developing the ConPlan. By completing a quick survey and participating in the process, you will help identify housing and community development priorities.
