Job Opening: Associate State Director - Community Outreach
The Associate State Director (ASD)-Community Outreach leads the business unit’s establishment of strategic community partnerships and leverages internal and external resources to achieve the organization’s community engagement goals at the state and local levels. Manages unit-wide efforts to recruit, develop, and manage volunteers and volunteer leadership teams. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on the implementation of the organization’s member, public engagement, and volunteer engagement initiatives. Leads the development, execution, and implementation of new in-person and virtual engagement programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline processes and to develop new procedures that support the business unit/department.
