An affiliate program of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, Leadership Greater Bridgeport (LGB) is a nine-month experiential leadership program designed to develop and elevate community leaders. Each year, a cohort of leaders and rising stars who live and/or work in the Greater Bridgeport Region convene to create a lasting network of contacts, to learn about the challenges and opportunities in the region and to give back to the community through a meaningful group project. The cohorts are comprised of a diverse group of individuals,from large corporations, small businesses, non-profits, government entities and entrepreneurial ventures.
