Crumbling Concrete Foundations

In July of 2015, Governor Malloy called on the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) and Office of the Attorney General to conduct an investigation into crumbling concrete foundations. Upwards of 550 homeowners have reported deteriorating foundations to the DCP and the investigation is currently ongoing.
