Cox Student Center at University of Bridgeport
Two live Latin bands, WPKN Latin deejays and local Latin food are part of the fun when the University of Bridgeport celebrates Hispanic Heritage 3 p.m.-6 p.m. Saturday Oct. 21 at the Cox Student Center Social Room.
Enjoy live music two bands playing Salsa and Mambo. Free food from Taco Loco while it lasts!
This community-building celebration is free, family friendly and open to the public. Donations will be accepted to benefit Save the Children's Hurricane Maria Relief Fund. You can learn about Save the Children and other social justice and immigration nonprofits here, too.
The event is sponsored by WPKN, Spread Music Now, Band Together and student groups Around the World and the Abukua Chapter of the Lambda Sigma Upsilon Latino Fraternity.
